Information you provide

When you request a match, we collect your name, email, phone number, state, questionnaire answers, and contact permission. Answers include your goals, product interests, experience, dealer preferences, anticipated budget, timing, and funding method. Optional comments are also saved. Do not include account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive documents.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, select a participating dealer, arrange an introduction, and respond to questions. We keep a record of the consent wording and questionnaire version submitted with your request. We also record referral and campaign information from the page address and referring website, when available, to understand how visitors find us.

Sharing and storage

With your permission at submission, we share your contact information and questionnaire responses with the dealer selected for you, so that dealer can contact you by phone or email about gold, silver, and related products or services. We use website hosting and database services, Google Sheets and automation services, and email services to store and process requests and notify us of submissions. Notification emails include limited request details and a link to our lead spreadsheet.

The selected dealer handles information it receives under its own practices. Ask the dealer for its privacy policy and contact it directly about its communications.

Your choices and questions

For questions about access, correction, deletion, or an introduction, email info@mygolddealer.net. Include your request reference if available. If your information has already been shared, contact the selected dealer directly to manage its copy and communications.

Retention and security

Request records are retained for matching, follow-up, consent records, and business administration. Access to the lead spreadsheet is restricted. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
